This is our GLHS Charger powered by Maserati's 16-valve cylinder head uniquely designed for Chrysler during the development of the TC platform. This GLHS originally came equipped with Chrysler's Turbo II, 8-valve powertrain from Shelby Automobiles, but that wasn't enough for us... We decided to take it to the next level with a 16-valve powerplant that could've (and frankly should've) been used by Chrysler in all Shelby cars. This Cosworth designed, formula-one inspired cylinder head rocketed our new and improved GLHS down the 1/4 mile in under 11 seconds at nearly 130 mph... in 1999!
