Positive + battery side Starter Harness.  According to Chrysler STAR parts this fits:
 
1990-1993 2.2L and 2.5L Turbo cars with Manual 5 speed Trans.    Mopar #4481322
 
Do your own homework before purchasing.  I will not guarantee it fits whatever car you have.  So call your Dodge dealer first and give them your VIN to ensure this is the right harness for your car.
