If you have ever seen an extremely low mileage, all factory original, untouched Mopar... you will see these. 
 
These are the little plastic guards that protect/hold/secure the wiper hose to your wiper arms.  Found on almost every 2.2 FWD platform car from the factory, these are long since gone/destroyed on almost every FWD Mopar left in existence.  Here's a rare chance to get some for your restoration project.
