Coolant line that goes from the turbocharger to the back side of the engine block.  Will fit many different 2.2 turbo engines.  Chrysler used many different iterations of this over the years.  Verify that this one looks like the one in your car before purchasing.  This one is in like new condition as you can see in the photos.
