This is the turbo coolant tube and hose assembly that carries coolant from the turbocharger to the front of the head (wraps around the driver side of the head).... and then threads into the right side of your thermostat housing - as you face the engine.
 
It will only fit 1989-1992 2.5 Turbo I engines found in cars and vans of that era.  It *might* fit 1988 2.2 Turbo I cars that came with the Mitsubishi turbo, but I can't say for sure.     It definitely DOES NOT fit the 2.2 Turbo II cars with Garrett turbo.

In the pic from the 1989 parts book, it's item #7 (pic got cut off sorry), but it's item #7, the coolant pipe that runs from the back (top) of the turbo and then wraps around the driver side of the cylinder head.
