Not sure what this fits.  It's NOS Mopar.  My best guess is that this is the top half of a plastic steering column cover for something.  Could be for a P-body car.  Not sure.  Please check with your dealer before purchasing.  Part number on the package says 4419963.   Part number stamped into the ABS plastic piece itself reads:  4188577
