According to STAR parts this is a starter (positive) wiring harness.
 
Fitment according to STAR parts:
1990 2.5 TBI engine
AS body (Caravan/Voyager)
 
I cannot and will not guarantee it will fit the above vehicle.  I will only tell you what Chrysler says it will fit.  Please do your own research before committing to purchase.
 
You may be able to modify this slightly to fit other body styles (e.g.  Daytona/Shadow, etc..) but that depends on your wiring skills.
