P4452008 - Mopar Performance Head Gasket - Turbo II w/o-rings
 
This head gasket was made by Mopar for the 2.2 Turbo II engine when you are using stainless wire (o-rings) in your head (or block).   These head gaskets have specially designed fire rings to accept the stainless o-ring wire.   A rare find.
