When replacing the turbocharger on your 16v powered TC it is absolutely mandatory to replace your oil feed line to the turbo.  These lines are custom made by RDI's tech team and are made from stainless with a protective outer coating.
 
This line routes from the front of the engine block, back to the turbocharger and provides fresh oil to the turbo.
