This inner splash shield was removed from a 1987 Shelby Charger, however it will fit pretty much all 2.2 Turbo L body cars built from 1986-1987.  It may also fit 1985 L body vehicles as well.  
 
Where does this go? 
 
It's located on the passenger side frame rail (lower area in your engine bay) and is designed to keep water/road debris from kicking up from your passenger drive axle and into your engine bay and belts.  If you want to get your Shelby Charger or Charger GLHS back to original, here you go.   This one has a small bit of cosmetic damage to it, but will mount 100% fine, and work 100% fine.
