Verified in the 1986 Chrysler Master Parts Catalog.
Genuine NOS Mopar H452AA3 silver headliner retaining fastener for 1986 L-body applications (Dodge Omni/Plymouth Horizon). Used to secure the headliner to the roof structure.
 
Silver/grey in color as you can see in the pictures.   If you are restoring a GLHS...you definitely need one of these!   It's just a matter of time before your factory headliner sags and since these clips are one time use, you will need this!     These are the only 5 new ones I've ever seen available.  I know they are just little plastic parts, but these are super cool to find still in existence 40 years later!
