This kit was made by FM about 20yrs ago.  I have to give Mike credit on this kit...it is very nicely made.  It includes all the lines you see in the pictures.   

What was it made for?
They used to offer a "Header kit" back in the day that essentially was an N/A exhaust manifold that they modified (they cut the factory "downpipe flange" off, and welded a turbo flange in its place). 
 
These lines are what you'd use/need in order to reach the turbo in its new location.   They are very nicely built...someone will be getting a nice set here.
 
Includes coolant feed, coolant return, oil feed, and oil return, as seen in the pics.
