Each head requires 4 of these of exhaust valve seats. They are made of a special alloy designed to withstand the extreme high temperatures produced in the chamber on turbocharged engines.

Fun Fact: These seats are leftover from the Shelby/Development center in Santa Fe Springs, CA. They were shipped to Neal Elliott (Carroll's chief engine builder at the time).
