This is the exhaust gasket commonly referred to as the exhaust donut.  It sits atop your car's downpipe and is what makes the seal between your car's downpipe and the turbocharger.  This one is 2.5" which means it fits the following vehicles (and others):
 
1989 2.2 Turbo II vehicles such as Daytona Shelby, Lancer Shelby, Lebaron GTS (intercooled), etc.
1990 and up 2.2 Turbo IV and 2.5 Turbo I cars
1991-1993 2.2 Turbo III all
1989 Chrysler TC by Maserati (late build engines only)
1990-1991 Chrysler TC by Maserati with Mitsubishi v6 engine
If your car is a 1988 or older, you'll need the smaller 2.25" donut.
