These little clips are what attach your interior door panels to your doors.   Every GLHS I've restored (both Charger and Omni) have had them. 
 
Not sure if they were used on other models or not.  But I know for sure they work on the L-body cars such as Shelby Charger, Omni, and both GLHS models (2 door and 4 door).    This is a package of 10.  New Mopar.   You will receive all 10 of them.
