This is a used factory OE Chrysler clock spring for the Chrysler TC by Maserati.
 
The wire for the horn will need to be repaired.  Otherwise everything else on this clockspring works perfectly.    So if your airbag light is on, and you own either a 1990 or 1991 TC and you need a new clockspring and can't find one anywhere, this is your solution.  However, just keep in mind, unless you repair the little 16 gauge wire for the horn before installing this in your car, you will have no horn.   Priced accordingly.  Keep in mind these factory clocksprings were big money back in 1990 when you used to be able to order one from the dealer.
 They have been discontinued from Chrysler for many years.
