Single pin Kelsey-Hayes factory OE Mopar brake caliper mounting brackets.

These fit a variety of different FWD platform Chrysler/Dodge cars and minivans in the mid 80's.  In 1986 specifically, they fit the K, G, and H body vehicles with single pin (front) brake calipers.
 
Part numbers:  4313962 and 4313963  (left and right front).  New Mopar.  Price is for the pair.  You will receive both left and right front caliper mounting brackets as seen in the pictures.   Great price for a long discontinued item from Dodge!
