This is called the BARO read solenoid.  It is located just below your MAP sensor on many Turbo/Dodge/Chrysler 2.2 vehicles built in the late 80's.  This one is NOS Mopar.  We do have some good used ones for less money if you're on a budget.  If you are not sure if this will fit your vehicle feel free to email us.   Mopar # 5227466
 
But if you have for example, a late 80's turbo car, (e.g.  1987 to 1989 - both turbo I and turbo II) this is the BARO read solenoid you need (for the most part) but again, email us to be sure this will fit your specific car before purchasing as all sales are final.  Again, if you're just looking for a good functioning solenoid and don't need a brand new one, we do have a few good ones for less.
