This is called the BARO read solenoid.  It is located just below your MAP sensor on many Turbo/Dodge/Chrysler 2.2 vehicles built in the late 80's.  It reads your 2.2 Turbo car's barometric pressure and sends that info to your engine controller.
 
 Note that even though these are NOS Mopar, ***they will have some oxidation from sitting over the years.***  The one you receive may or may not look *exactly* like the one pictured, but will 100% be brand new original Mopar and will come with the box.  However, the Mopar box yours comes with may not be in the same shape as the one pictured, as we have several of these and not all are in the exact same condition (physically) as the one shown.

If you have a late 80's turbo car, (e.g.  1987 to 1989 - both turbo I and turbo II) and your MAP sensor is located under your hood (over by your passenger side strut tower)....this is the BARO read solenoid you need.  But if you want to be 100% sure this will fit your Shelby/Dodge, email us to be sure this will fit your specific car before purchasing as all sales are final.  Again, if you're just looking for a good functioning solenoid and don't need a brand new one, we do have a few good ones for less.
