This is the bearing that goes on your main shaft (Chrysler also calls this an "intermediate shaft"...but don't confuse that with the "intermediate shaft" that drives your oil pump and distributor...confusing...I know)...and now you do too.
 
If you are looking to have your transmission rebuilt you want to replace your intermediate shaft (aka Main Shaft) bearing...which is this bearing here.  Trust me, replace it while you have your trans apart.
